BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
Adam appears in complex criminal, misconduct and regulatory matters. He has a particular expertise in white collar crime, including corporate crimes, tax evasion and money laundering.

In recent years, Adam has appeared in some of the largest and most sophisticated fraud cases arising from the Australian Government's Project Wickenby investigations, including:

• Milne v The Queen (2014) 252 CLR 149
• Liles v R (Cth) [2014] NSWCCA 289
• R v Dickson; R v Issakidis (No 1) [2014] NSWSC 1068 -- (No 18) [2015] NSWSC 268

Before coming to the bar, Adam practised as a solicitor at the Commonwealth DPP and Mallesons Stephen Jaques (as it then was).
