Mr McGuire’s experience at the bar has included appearing and advising in commercial, equity and criminal jurisdictions.

He has developed particular expertise in prosecuting Commonwealth white collar offences, including insider trading, market manipulation, money laundering, taxation fraud and corporations law offences.
