BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

Charlotte accepts briefs in all areas of law.

Before coming to the Bar, Charlotte held the role of Principal Federal Prosecutor at the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (Cth), where she worked for eight years. Charlotte has prosecuted and provided advice in relation to a wide range of Commonwealth offences, including drug importations, white collar crime, fraud, money laundering, terrorism and war crimes.

Prior to joining the CDPP, Charlotte worked in a range of private and public sector legal roles, including at Maddocks (in the Commercial Team), the NSW Crown Solicitor’s Office (in Criminal Law and Inquiries), Clifford Chance, London (Banking and Finance) and Clayton Utz (Litigation and Dispute Resolution).

Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from the University of Technology, Sydney.
